Thanks najid and terence for their knowledgeable talks on power of econs and phy and...(whatever)
Now, let's us talk about the probability of us having a class outing before someone decide to isolate ITself from the others and start mugging for promos. There's many different 'permutations and combinations' of unusual and interesting things we can do for class outing. Remember the water rugby game we played in sentosa months ago?? It have developed out of a sudden from one's curiosity. This shows that curiosity does not kill anything. It's through our desire for fun and endless streams of powerful knowledge in our minds that we can come out with such fun thing to do. So, i suggest we just meet up one day with rucksacks packed up already and we can decide what to do then. How about a random trip to jungle trek in Malaysia? (msia BOLEH) Or.... We can decide SOON, plan it and go for a 'planned' class outing. :) Jian Feng can remain as our outing DI along with james as the food i/c.
Hope that we can continually bond together as a class in our two years here and scrap off any conflicts that may arise between. Everybody make mistakes. Let us do our best to understand each other more and forgive and forget all misunderstandings among ourselves.
-Impossible is nothing- and nobody's perfect. So, why bother perfecting yourself? Live a wholesome and happy life- Ora et Labora ditto :)

It's of great honour for the two pokheads to initiate the tedious and painstaking entry which marked the end of the animosity between Afzal and people who want the blog to be constantly updated yet not updating him/herself. (YOU IM TALKING TO EVERYONE OUT THERE, though i'd been under this category for quite a lenghty period of time, but the point is i'm NO LONGER.) Yet again, it's 22:07 on a fateful Wednesday night (19july06). Ah yes, do you know that eating beans can couse flatulence? what logic. (Ugh, i totally abhor that word. It reminds me of KI. =( ) Kenny G can hold a note for 45minutes and 17 seconds and he is the world recod holder, amazing. In another note, I've mastered circular breathing! id est, i can blow air through a straw into a cup of water and cause bubbles (to be more technical, effervescences) to appear for a long long long long period of time. Or rather, as long as i want! AIN'T IT COOL, i feel like i'm blogging in siiidney.blogspot.com =D nothing in here seems to be correlated to the class.Okay some interesting facts:_ _ _ _ _ will want to have _ _ _ _ _ _ _ to be his wife! _ _ _ _ _ will want to have _ _ _ _ _ _ _ to be his husband! (notice the uncanny similarity of having the same number of characters in the two persons' names.) Hmm, since i aspire to be a cryptologist or a symbologist next time, (it's probably one of the the most quixotic dreams i have, but never mind) i'll make an attempt to solve this puzzle. P1 Scientific research states that people who like others whose names contain 5 alphabets or moretend to be more inclined towards sex.P1 _ _ _ _ _ likes people whose names contain 7 alphabets. > _ _ _ _ _ tends to be more inclined towards sex. This is a deductive arguement. =D and everyone should get the drift, it's axiomatic in any case. Ahh, i'm being stupid and incoherent. (well, after all i failed my arguement section of my KI paper.)Okay, Mr desmond you owned in that. ( OHHHORHHHORHH, ownage arrr.) what imitation of SOMEONE ... _ _ _ _ _ .AHAHAHAH. okay, incoherent ramblings!THAT PERSON SUCKS. I HATE THAT PERSON. THAT PERSON IS AN ASS, THAT PERSON IS SUCH A PAIN IN MY FLESH, THAT PERSON....life sucks uhh, well it doesn't but i'm deluded in all senses to think that, after all, life really does suck. UHHHHHHHHHHHHH LONG LONG LONG ENTRY. BYE AND NIGHT PEOPLE.

okay to avoid a conflict between afzal vs all those who wants this blog updated but doesnt want to update, najid and terence have decided to step up to the extremely difficult and tedious task of updating this blog, sacrificing our breaks during curriculum time. we know we're nice and all, but keep your praises and compliments and words of enouragement and immense gratitude in each and every one of your hearts. we love you too. =)
its such a sad day..the econs lecturer decided to let us off early cuz he taught finish alr like half an hour before.half an hour more of to-be precious econs knowledge gone down the drain flushed into the sewers and out into the vast and open sea. why couldnt he teach more or go onto the next chapt?? why???
i'm sure you all will agree with us on this topic. and i know all of you would want to gain more economics knowledge. after all, it would be for our own good, we dont need more breaks, we need more KNOWLEDGE. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! why go to the canteen to eat when u can be fed and filled to the point of extreme fullness with KNOWLEDGE! why go to the swings when you can be SOARING through the air with the knowledge that enlightens our GREAT minds in our LITTLE heads?? (this is not applicable to jia jia, sorry, she has a big head) why be late and have your ez link cards confiscated when you can come to school early and be empowered with more KNOWLEDGE through more lessons or self revision early in the morning?? therefore, with the great initiative of the combined minds of najid and terence, we have spoken to mr loke and he has agreed to give extra tutorials every wednesday and thursday up till 4pm. this, like i mentioned earlier, would be for our OWN GOOD. CAUSE KNOWLEDGE IS POWER. (we're also considering having extra tutorials for physics and maths.). and once again, you can keep your praises and compliments and words of enouragement and immense gratitude in each and every one of your hearts. we love you too. =)
on a lighter note, we would like to extend our GREATEST APPRECIATION AND GRATITUDE for christina for drawing unbelievably cute pictures on our notes.
but then again...why spend time drawing things on your lecture notes, depriving you of the space to furiously jot down important points and notes during the lectures and distracting you from the wise words emitted from the lecturer's mouth that can invariably help us gain more KNOWLEDGE! again...christina and now huiqi why eat fries in the lt when you can be full with the invaluable econs KNOWLEDGE that is being transmitted through your eardrums and engraved into your minds..why distract your mind from this process of the transmission of the KNOWLEDGE by eating fries why??
peiling, why provide us with sweets during literature lessons and distracting us when we can delve into the sweet and luscious depths of the wonderful literary world??
why rock climb when you can climb to greater heights with the POWER OF KNOWLEDGE?? with the POWER OF KNOWLEDGE we can build lifts and helicopters to take you to the top of the wall without exerting energy (that can be used to gain MORE KNOWLEDGE) ??
why explore the outdoors when the POWER OF KNOWLEDGE can lead you into the vast and rich expanse and fields of the world??
after much thorough discussion among the both of us, we have to agree that a certain guy in our class possesses the weapon of THE POWER OF KNOWLEDGE and has used it to good use. NO NO NO SORRY DANIEL ITS NOT YOU. daniel, dont feeling feeling, just read on. with this weapon, concealed dangerously and effectively in the depths of his mind, he has creatively moulded many scandals that exist within the walls of our class. he has rose above everyone, literally, figuratively, metaphorically, technically, and symbolically, and with a bird's eye view of everything, it seems the class is helpless but oblivious to the fact that he reigns supreme. 'don't be nosy' thats his pet phrase, the control he has over all of us as we are unable to pry ourself out of this control nor pry information from him. and right before our very own eyes, he has extended and wielded this power to perform feats and stunts at an unbelievable speed, much to the awe and surprise of his fellow classmates. we just sit and wonder how long it takes before this powerful man rope and enclose his "victim" within his heart.
PEOPLE, THIS IS THE POWER OF KNOWLEDGE! DONT YOU WANT TO HAVE THIS GREAT POWER THAT HE HAS! WE KNOW YOU DO! OH YEAH! WE KNOW!
ok time for us to rush off for THE POWER OF KNOWLEDGE in the physics lect.......
and dont forget starting from the next week there'll be econs extra lessons till 4pm after school on wednesday and thursday. may god bless you with more POWER OF KNOWLEDGE.
najid and terence =)
POWER OF KNOWLEDGE!!!!

The mid-years have definitely been an experience for me, and I think many other people too. I think I've never been so unprepared for an exam before. Okay, fine, maybe I have. But still... Anyway, that isn't the point. After the mid-years, it felt like the O-Levels had just ended. I think the relief of it being finally over that swept over me overwhelmed my senses. So I partied. Well, not really. I didn't get wasted and make out with random people. But I did go back to SJI for a concert. And I did meet so many people I've not met for forever. And I did feel that Josephian spirit sweep over the whole Performing Arts Centre as we did our funky Josephian cheers after the concert. I felt my heart thumping to the beat of the warpath cheer everyone was doing. I felt the brotherhood that bonds every single one of us whether we know each other or not. I finally got to feel real school spirit again.
The next day, I went over to my Sec. 4 classmate's house along with most of my ex-classmates. You know, it's weird calling them "ex-classmates" because I still feel like we're still a class, regardless of the year's passing. I
missed miss every single one of them. Even the bloody irritating ones. It's given, most of us have changed, some more then the others, but still, it's interesting how you don't know how you miss some people till you meet them again.
On hindsight, the total SJI weekend might have been a mistake because now I feel so empty and out of place suddenly. I was reading Ms Lim's blog and she had an entry on home and what or where is your home and I realised that if school was really your second home, I wouldn't have any difficulty choosing; because there's really only one choice. SJI.
Nothing can compare.
Now, it would seem as if I was selling my school, but I'm not. It's just that SJI was
my secondary school and I think that no experience in any other educational institute could compare to what I had there. I am also not saying that you guys are not good friends or that the class doesn't mean anything to me or that I don't like VJ. It's just... different.
Well, this entry was meant not only to keep the blog alive, but also to explain to some of you who thought I was a little weird today why I was a little weird today. It wouldn't be the whole reason but it's sufficient. Also, to let you understand a little bit of what I'm feeling, I'm listening to Augustana's
Boston on repeat. I haven't read the lyrics, ut the phrase "No one knows my name" gets stuck in my head. It's a beautiful song. Go get it from somewhere.
My work here is done. Have a nice week!
Love,
Afzal Imram.
